Creamy Lemon Pasta

Ingredients

for 2 servings

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ cup heavy cream (120 mL)
  • 1 lemon
  • 8 oz pasta (225 g)
  • pecorino cheese, to taste
  • salt and pepper, to taste
